The living room has high ceilings, tall windows for maximum light, and stylish, neutral decor throughout.  There is a sofa and sofa bed for extra overnight guests, a flat-screen LCD TV, and a gas fireplace with Glasgow-style glazed tiles around the hearth.  Above the mantel piece is a Charles Rennie Mackintosh print, framed in rich burled wood.

The dining-sized kitchen is a fabulous space for cooking, enjoying a meal, or just relaxing with a glass of wine.  White Shaker-style units are enhanced by solid oak worktops and oak floors, as well as a new stainless steel oven and hob, a fridge freezer, microwave, electric kettle, and toaster.  The kitchen is well stocked with all of the equipment you'll need for a gourmet feast or a light snack, from pots and pans to salad servers and tea towels.  A washing machine and dishwasher are located in the utility room just to the side of the kitchen.

Finally, the bedroom is the ultimate space to unwind.  A double-sized bed in whitewashed solid wood is covered with crisp white sheets and a warm woollen blanket to keep the chill away.  You can keep in touch with friends on the broadband-equipped computer, or simply enjoy a quiet moment looking out of the window at the leafy streetscene below.
